Violet Vines Tasting Room Opening

Violet Vines is pleased to announce the opening of its tasting room in Carlton, Oregon on May 20, 2023.

Located at 203 West Main Street, visitors can experience curated tasting flights, wine by the glass selections and bottle service, all in our completely renovated tasting room five days a week.  We also have extended hours on Friday and Saturday evenings.  Hours and links to making a reservation can be found on our reservation page.

“When we founded Violet Vines in 2019, we always looked forward to the day when we can host visitors and share our passion for Oregon-grown wines”, said Brian Zawada, co-founder of Violet Vines.  “In addition to sharing our current release wines, we will also be offering a rotating selection of wines from local wineries that had a significant influence and impact on our wine journey.”

In addition to experiencing wines at our tasting room in Carlton, visitors can also request a vineyard tasting at the estate vineyard in Sheridan (located at 17371 Gopher Valley Road).  Violet Vines hosts vineyard tastings seasonally by appointment at the “Tasting Outlook”, which is nestled between one of our Pinot noir 115 and Albariño blocks at 600 feet’ in elevation.  Taste our award-winning wines indoors, on the deck or on the patio, all with breath-taking valley views.  The wine tasting continues on a tour of the vineyard where guests will be able to enjoy one of our single block estate wines in the very block where it was grown.
