Ultra Violet Pinot Noir

Our version of a reserve wine, the two best barrels were chosen and, in this case, they just happened to be a single clone of Dijon 115 from one of our smallest blocks on the estate vineyard. Aged in 100% Damy Exclusive new French oak created an elegant and preciosos expression of a high-styled fine wine.
